Amr enjoys an extensive and highly impressive experience in the field of corporate banking and investment banking, retail finance, structured and project finance over 40 years.

Prior to him joining Union Capital Amr, a founding partner of Sarwa Capital Group companies including Contact Auto Credit and its affiliates.

Prior to setting up Sarwa and Contact, Amr gained more than 20 years of diversified banking experience. He held various executive positions in local, regional and international banks in the field of credit and loan extension, risk control, project and corporate finance as well as investment banking with stints at HSBC Investment Bank in Egypt, Chase National Bank, Credit Suisse, National Societe Generale and ABC bank in Bahrain. He has participated and led teams in the structuring and execution of landmark transactions across these organizations.
